What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Debit Cards with the
Visa or Master Card symbol are also accepted. For those who prefer, we also accept
checks and money orders - however this will require you to phone in your order. *Note,
for those paying with checks or money orders - your order will be shipped upon receipt
and clearing of payment.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders received before noon (HST) Monday - Friday will be processed the same
business day. Orders received after 12 noon (HST) will be processed the next
business day. Because all items are shipped from Maui, Hawaii we cannot offer
overnight shipping. All orders will be issued tracking numbers and will be e-mailed to
you along with your order fulfillment confirmation. Please contact the shipping agent
(USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for status of shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only accept online orders from the United States and Canada. If you
would like to place an international order, please feel free to contact us directly.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the table below.
We have found from experience that
USPS Priority is the best way to ship from Hawaii. Average USPS shipping time is
3 – 4 business days.

$25.00 - $49.99 $08.95
$50.00 - $74.99 $10.95 UPS and FedEx are available
$75.00 - $99.99 $12.95 on phone orders.
$100.00 - $124.99 $14.95
$125.00 - $149.99 $16.95
$150.00 - $199.99 $18.95
$200.00 - $249.99 $20.95
On orders over $250.00 please phone in. Call us at 808 877-3484.
Customers who place international orders, special orders, exceptionally heavy orders,
or orders over $250 need to contact us to determine the most cost effective shipping
and will be charged accordingly. UPS and Fed Ex cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

What is your return policy?
All sales are considered final unless items are damaged during shipment or defective.
Products with warranties shall be honored by the manufacturer and it will be the
responsibility of the buyer to coordinate with them. There are no refunds for shipping.
